Returns
We accept returns up to 60 days after delivery. If you would like to return item(s) they must be original condition, and not used
We DO NOT accept returns on custom items
Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with your items, you may exchange them with the same policy as returns
Shipping and Processing
We will process your order shortly after you place it. Since I, the owner Tiffany, has a day job, if you place an order while I am at said job I will process your order when I get home. If I am already home I will process it very shortly after you place your order.
As for shipping, I will ship your order, depending when you place it, that same day or the next day. The latest is the next day that the post office is open. If you place your order late on Saturday I will ship your order on Monday as the post office is closed on Sunday.
